Stitches Etc Home Center was started over 20 years ago as Stitches Etc., Inc. by John and Emily Kolasa as a sewing machine service and repair and sewing instruction business. Initially we progressed to retailing sewing machines, quilting fabrics and accessories and Horn of America sewing machine cabinets and sewing furniture. Then we added to our product line Miele vacuums, because we purchased a Miele for our own personal use and felt so strongly about the products’ quality that we wanted to share them with our customers! From there it was a natural extension to retail, service, and install luxury quality Miele appliances, and then AGA ranges and Heartland Cookmaster range cookers. Then we added Bertazzoni ranges, Marvel under counter refrigeration products, Waste King disposers and instant hot water dispensers, and Vent-A-Hood products! We sell high quality products that we believe in and personally use; we maintain our factory training and certification for servicing, repairing, and installation of all the products we retail. Customer service is very important to us, we work with you to make sure that the products that you purchase from us are the best for your needs, and that you know how to use those products! Everything that we sell is competitively priced, but at Stitches Etc Home Center you get to see and “test drive” what you are interested in before you buy it!
