Stitches Etc Home Center Sewing Machine and Serger Service and Repair Policy

Stitches Etc will service/repair just about all brands of sewing machines and sergers.  We have almost 40 years of combined experience behind us. When you drop off your machine for service or repair (remember we’re open Tues-Fri 10 am—6 pm, Sat & Sun 11 am—4 pm, we’re closed Monday ) be sure to include the foot control, power cord, bobbin case, and a set of standard accessory feet, if you have them.  There is a $25 deposit required at the time of drop off to cover estimates and the initial evaluation involved.  Most services are going to fall within the $79.95—$99.95 range, and any parts that are required will be extra. While we try to service the machines as soon as possible, an average turn around time is 7—10 working days. We do reserve the right to refuse to service any machine/serger that arrive as basket cases (parts off of the machine in a basket!) or appear to have been abused.
