YUMMMMY Peach Cake Recipe Submitted by Cathy Dicocco 2 sticks butter 1 cup sugar 2 tsp. Lemon juice 4 eggs 1 ¾ cup flour 2 tsp. Baking powder ½ tsp. Salt
Grease and flour pan( I use baker’s joy). Cream butter and sugar. Add lemon juice and eggs, one at a time. Mix in remaining ingredients. Spread butter in pan – jelly roll is best. Cover batter with sliced peaches. Combine 2/3 cups sugar and 1 tsp. Cinnamon. Spread over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Best in kept in a cool place.
