Our FAVORITE Aga Cookware!

While many different types of cookware can be used with AGA cookers and ranges, we have found that there are several pieces that have become our favorites! These pieces can be stacked inside the AGA cooker ovens, maximizing the use of space. AGA stainless cookware is made of superior 18/10 gauge stainless steel, and is suitable for any type of cooking appliance, including gas, electric, induction and halogen burners. The specially designed bases prevent distortion when heated to provide better contact with the heating surface.  The AGA branded heavy lids prevent steam from escaping. Selected pans have laser etched capacity markings for accurate measurement. All of the stainless steel cookware pieces are easy to clean and dishwasher safe!

“The Complete Book of AGA Know How” by Richard Maggs is a definite MUST HAVE for all AGA cooker owners! Richard Maggs is the man with the answers, when it comes to AGA cookers, that is! He has the solutions to your culinary conundrums and is the Cookery Doctor of AGA Fame!

 

“The Story of a Kitchen Classic” by Tim James is a beautiful coffee table-type book all about the  colorful story of the “birth” and growth of the AGA.  This book is no longer in print and has become quite collectable!

AGA Bake-O-Glide 4 Piece Cookset

Bake-O-Glide can be used time and time again, so there’s no need for tin foil, greaseproof paper or silicone parchment, making Bake-O-Glide great value and a labor saving product.

Guaranteed non-stick and heat resistant (-40°C to 260°C maximum), Bake-O-Glide means the end of scrubbing baking trays or roasting tins with abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads. Bake-O-Glide is easy to clean, and dishwasher-proof. It can be used for baking, roasting, grilling, frying, microwaving, freezing and much, much more.

As with all Bake-O-Glide products, no oil, fat or grease is required when using Bake-O-Glide during cooking. This 4 piece set is available in pre-cut shapes to fit the simmering plate and roasting pans of the AGA cooker.

AGA Splash Shield

A heavy duty, reusable cover made of Bake-O-Glide for the inside of an AGA cooker lid, used to prevent the build up of fat and other deposits that accumulate during cooking, which are extremely difficult to remove without the use of abrasive/chemical cleaners or metal scouring pads. A “must-have” to keep your AGA looking clean!
