Machine Know How Classes: These classes are designed for Stitches Etc Preferred Customers to help them “bond” with their machines, are available at no extra charge, and are quite valuable! Lear how to properly maintain your machine, troubleshoot and perform utility and decorative functions. Owners of machines obtained elsewhere may attend our classes IF there is room and for a fee. Call to inquire. We request that you take your Know How Class as soon as possible after you purchase your machine! If you register for class but cannot attend, please call us a soon as possible: if you do not show up for a class that you have registered for and do not call to tell us that you cannot attend, you may forfeit your privilege to attend Know How Class in the future. Please notify us if you would like to attend class and bring pen and paper for taking notes, your machine and all it’s accessories, scissors, and pastel thread.
